Privacy policy

This policy is a draft for the public website infive.app. It describes what the website itself processes. For the use of INFIVE inside a company, the data processing agreement with the respective employer applies; the privacy notice for employees is provided by the employer.

Hosting

The website runs on servers in the European Union. When you visit, the technically necessary data is processed (IP address, time, requested address, browser) to deliver the page and secure its operation. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Cookies

The website sets a single cookie: it remembers the language version you last read (de or en) for one year. It is technically necessary and needs no consent. There are no analytics scripts, no ad networks and no third-party cookies.

Contact form

If you use the demo request form, you transmit name, email address and message, optionally phone, company and number of employees. The data reaches us as an email, sent through the provider Resend. We use it only to answer your request. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR.

Login

The login area belongs to the INFIVE application and is open only to employees of customer companies. What is processed there is described in the privacy notice of the respective employer.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection under Art. 15 to 21 GDPR, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Write to the address above.
